Submission Fees
For all Plans, the submission fee is based on your media requirements. A submission consisting of 5 uploads or less = $5. A submission of 6-25 uploads = $10. Higher limits are available as well. The inclusion of Forms and References does not affect the submission fee.
User Roles
The system comes with as many reviewers as you need and 3 administrators. Reviewers can view applicants, make evaluations and generate reports. Administrators have access to all these same features, plus they can edit global level settings and control user access.
Contract Length
SlideRoom only sells 1yr annual plans. This allows us to continually host your applicant materials year after year. You may choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you decide to end your account, we make it easy to export everything out of the system.
Program Packages
The cost of the yearly membership is based, in part, on the number of programs you wish to host simultaneously. A program is a unique submission opportunity with its own settings and deadline. Note that a program can run one after the other for no extra cost.
Changing Plans
Choosing a plan is just to get started. If you decide not to use a feature prior to launch, we can change your invoice. If you decide to upgrade you plan later in the year, we simply charge for the difference.
Technical Support
All Plans come with full technical support for your applicants. They access help desk from within the system and/or email our support staff Monday-Saturday to receive assistance. Response times are very fast, from 9am - 9pm CST
