As always we respect your privacy and are not collecting any personally identifiable information through the use of any third party remarketing system. VII. EU DATA PROTECTION

Learning Machine complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework set forth by the Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Learning Machine has certified that it adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.

The SlideRoom service allows its users the right to access their data or modify information previously provided. This may be done through accessing your user account in the ‘my account’ section of the SlideRoom website. Learning Machine acknowledges that EU individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An EU individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his query to the organization they applied to, or to SlideRoom directly. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
