Beautiful interface helps applicants focus on each step

Every part of the design is aimed at making the application process feel easy rather than intimidating. This starts by listing all the steps of the application process clearly across the top. The system tells them if anything is missing and when they are ready to submit. Applicants are free to finish your application process in one sitting or save their progress and return later.

Forms & Documents

Whether your organization needs to gather a simple essay or a complex survey, applicants can fill out your custom forms. Question types include short text, long text, drop-downs and multiple choice. Questions may be optional or required and character limits may also be enforced. Formatted text items (like a C.V.) may be uploaded as well.

Multimedia Portfolios

The portfolio builder is perfect for applicants with creative materials like art, music, architecture, auditions, simulations, presentations and more. A portfolio may consist of images, videos, pdf or audio files that comply with your instructions and show off their skill. They can label, arrange and preview their portfolio to make sure everything looks good prior to submission.

Letters of Reference

If you choose to make this a requirement, applicants can request letters of reference from within the system. Recommenders are sent an email with a unique link to login and privately add a letter. This letter is privately merged with the applicant’s submission and visible only to reviewers. Applicants receive notice this has been completed.

Secure Payment Gateway

SlideRoom provides a secure environment to collect application fees. SlideRoom is 100% PCI compliant and uses secure merchant services to process all transactions. Applicants can pay with any major credit or debit card, including international cards. For additional security, applicant cardholder data is never stored within SlideRoom.

Once payment is complete, applicants are presented with a clear confirmation screen which assigns them an ID number and displays any custom message you choose. This information is also emailed to the applicant so they know the process is complete and they have submitted successfully.
