Multimedia Portfolios
Our goal is to make the application process efficient and fun. The media step is perfect for applicants with creative materials like art, music, architecture, auditions, simulations, presentations and more. Applicants can show off their skill by uploading images, videos, pdfs, audio files as well as embedding their media from YouTube, Vimeo or SoundCloud. They can label, arrange and preview their portfolio to make sure everything looks good prior to submission.
Forms & Documents
Whether your organization needs to gather a simple essay or a complex survey, applicants can fill out your custom forms. Question types include short text, long text, drop-downs and multiple choice. Questions may be optional or required and character limits may also be enforced. Formatted text items (like a C.V.) may be uploaded as well.
Letters of Reference
If you choose to make this a requirement, applicants can request letters of reference from within the system. Recommenders are sent an email with a unique link to login and privately add a letter. This letter is privately merged with the applicant’s submission and visible only to reviewers. Applicants receive notice this has been completed.
Secure Payment Gateway
Use SlideRoom to collect your application fees. The system is PCI compliant and uses secure merchant services to process all transactions. Applicants can pay with any major credit or debit card, including international cards. For additional security, applicant cardholder data is never stored within SlideRoom. Learn more.
