Customize your forms and programs
Form building and data collection
Our drag & drop form builder allows you to easily construct custom application forms without writing any code. Questions can be optional/required and include answer options such as short text, long text, drop downs, check-box lists and multiple choice. Once you have created your forms, you can deploy them in any combination across your many programs.
The data gathered from these forms can later be used to sort applicants by their answers and even exported into spreadsheets for alternative uses. If you have another database that needs to consume this data, just contact us and ask about “database integration options.”
Customize the requirements for each program
The visual program builder allows you to establish general settings like the program names, descriptions and deadlines. It also allows you to choose which steps applicants must complete for each program including application forms, media or letters of reference.

Media types and sizes
SlideRoom can accept a wide variety of media types saved in standard web formats. The number of items in a portfolio depends on your chosen settings. File types and sizes include:
- Images (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, bmp, tga) up to 5MB each
- Video (m4v, mov, mp4, wmv, flv, asf, mpeg, mpg, mkv) up to 60MB each
- PDF (pdf) up to 10MB each
- Audio (mp3, wma, ogg, flac) up to 30MB each
The option to accept larger file sizes is available as well. If this option is turned on, all of the size limits above will be doubled.
