Rate & Sort Applicants
Reviewers can rate applicants on any scale you determine. Average ratings can be used to sort applicants according to overall rank.
Rating Applicants
The slider-bars provide a quick way to rate each applicant. The name and unit scale of each slider can be customized to match your institution's unique rating needs. It is possible to have up to three rating scales. The system automatically averages scores and maintains all of this data for generating reports later.
Sorting Applicants
With large groups of applicants, being able to organize them or find particular applicants quickly is critical. Applicants can easily be sorted by overall rank or found via a "smart search." Simply refine the search conditions to display applicants by rating, tag, location, dates submitted or by how they have answered your application forms.
